Postage and Packaging
Delivery will be charged per item for special delivery. Please allow 14 days for delivery. I will keep you informed by email if there is to be any delay and of when to expect delivery.
All prices apply to orders in the UK. All other orders will be subject to shipping charges and taxes.

Payments
Please make cheques payable to Naomi Sheppard.
Currency must be in pounds sterling (GBP).

Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your order it can be returned within twenty one days, in its original condition and packing materials. You will be responsible for return postage and insurance.
